Actress Shin So Yul joins the cast of 'What is Mom'

Shin So Yul, who has gained popularity through tvN's 'Reply 1997', will make her first appearance on MBC's 'What is Mom' .

The actress will portray a character by the same name, who is also�Yoo Yeon Suk's first love and be the manager of the restaurant Ji Hae works at, creating a love triangle.

In the sitcom, Shin So Yul is a character who is pretty and intelligent with a good personality. She was Yoo Yeon Suk's past lover but married another man and has recently gone through a divorce.

For Ji Hae, So Yul will be a charismatic manager and leader that Ji Hae will respect, however, she will inevitably have to face the love triangle between her, So Yul, and Yeon Suk. In particular, when So Yul and Yeon Suk's past good relationship is revealed, Ji Hae's one-sided love will face danger.

Before her first appearance, the actress commented, "Though I had to wait for a while, I am happy I will be making a strong entrance."

Shin So Yul will make her first appearance on 'What is Mom' on the November 2nd episode.
