15&'s Baek Ye Rin, who has been referred to as the "genius girl" trainee from JYP Entertainment, has been revealed to be a student of the well respected singer and distant relative of Sung Si Kyung, Kim Jo Han.
Kim Jo Han congratulated 15& on their upcoming debut and tweeted, "My lovely student Ye Rin. Congrats on your debut! You will succeed for as much as you have worked hard during that time. Your teacher is anticipating [your debut] and supporting you! 15& fighting!", showing his support. Ye Rin gratefully replied, "Thank you very much. I will do my best."
Baek Ye Rin first appeared on SBS' 'Star King' in 2007 and became known as a "ballad genius". She was later accepted as a JYP trainee and spent the last five years training in South Korea and the U.S. Baek Ye Rin is not only known for her amazing vocal talent, but also piano composition skills and fluent English.
