Experts are predicting that "Gangnam Style" may place within the top 5 on the next Billboard 'Hot 100 Chart,' and fans are anticipating that he could even rank 1st.
If he does earn 1st, the probability of Psy being nominated for Best New Artist at the 55th Grammy Awards would be likely. The Grammys is one of the top pop award ceremonies in the world and is open only to the top artists that combine their musical talents as well as their popularity.
