'1 Night 2 Days' receives Presidential Commendation

KBS 2TV's variety show '1 Night 2 Days' has received a Presidential Commendation.

On the 24th, the '1 Night 2 Days' team received an award at the opening ceremony of Gyeongnam Changwon's District Development Week. Comedian Lee Soo Geun and CP Han Kyung Chun represented the entire team.

The reason the team received the award is because the show has introduced South Korea's hidden natural beauty for the past five years while presenting viewers with laughter and information. It broke down barriers between districts and increased tourism to fishing counties.

CP Han Kyung Chun said, "I'm thankful because this award is acknowledging the sunbae and hoobae PDs, the entertainers, and the staff's hard work for the past five years. We're going to make a better, more fun program by working harder."
