Donica Streling, a 15 year old terminally ill American girl from New York will be going to Korea.
Donica became a big fan of K-pop and Korean dramas two years ago and K-pop gives her comfort. She dreamed about one day traveling to Korea and meeting a K-pop star. Her favorite K-pop stars are Taemin from SHINee and Siwon from Super Junior.
A Canadian businessman who was impressed by the care taking of Donica's grandmother at a hospital decided to sponsor her visit to Korea and pay for all the expenses. According to some reports, SM Entertainment learned of Donica's story and will help her dreams come true.
She is learning Korean and will be traveling to Korea on June 16th.
