Amidst the ongoing divorce mediation between actor Ryu Si Won and his wife, new reports revealed that Ryu Si Won's wife is seeking provisional seizure on Ryu Si Won's property and assets.

According to reports, Ryu Shi Won's wife, Jo Soo In who is 31 years old, filed for the provisional seizure of Ryu Shi Won's $2.6 million USD villa and an additional $881,134 USD�in cash. �The villa which is currently fair valued at approximately $2.6 million�has a space of 244.7 square meters and is located in Non Hyun Dong. Jo Soo In has not filed for the provisional seizure of Ryu Si Won's other building that is located in Daechi-Dong.

The married couple are currently in the process of divorce and have yet to conclude with a fair divorce settlement. Prior to this announcement, Ryu Si Won's side had reported that the actor wanted to talk things out with his spouse and prevent a divorce from occurring. �He expressed that, for his daughter's future, he would like to maintain his current relationship with his wife.

Some entertainment and law specialists have speculated that Ryu Si Won's wife may have already made a strong commitment to divorce her husband no matter what. �One representative shared, "If she was willing to talk things out, she would probably not have filed a provisional seizure on his home. �She is showing that she is determined to divorce and split the assets."

However, one lawyer expressed that a provisional seizure is necessary in the heat of divorce mediation and this level of provisional seizure is quite common.



According to estimates, Ryu Si Won's properties are worth around $8.8 million. �One of his properties which is located in Daechi-Dong is 451 square meters in size and is fair valued at approximately $6.2 million. �Including his $2.6 million villa, his real estate assets value around $8.8 million dollars.

Many attorneys and lawyers have reported that what Jo�Soo In seeks financially, is normal and not extraordinary. �It's a fair and understandable financial request in this sort of divorce situation; thus, people should not believe there is some other ulterior motive. �"It's important to decide who takes custody of the daughter. �The asset divisions and alimony requests are not huge. �It has been filed at the usual level", one lawyer suggested.

If a mutual agreement is not met, the couple must go through a divorce trial to determine the distribution of assets involved, alimony, and custody of their daughter.
