MNET to begin 'Superstar K' season 4

Beginning in March, survival audition program Mnet's 'Superstar K' will begin registering contestants for its fourth season.

Mnet recently announced that the upcoming season will again be similar to the previous seasons. The registration process will begin in early March, regional auditions will take place from April to July, and broadcast for 'Superstar K4' will begin in August. Regardless of race and gender, anyone between the ages of 1 and 99 may participate in the audition.

Mnet acknowledged the ratings competition this year, stating, "As seasons go by, the competition between audition programs become more fierce. However, we believe that 'Superstar K' is an audition program that makes dreams become a reality." They continued, "Again with season 4, we hope to satisfy contestants' passions and dreams with a quality audition program."
