Kara's Hara & Nicole to reveal their exercise secrets

KARA members Goo Hara and Nicole will reveal the secret to their perfect abs on the next episode of 'TV Entertainment'.

Hara is known for her small waist�and Nicole for her "11" shaped abs. It also turns out that their core workout routine is pretty simple. As the teaser image above reveals, the duo will show routines that everyone�can follow using only�a pillow and floormat. This episode will air on November 30th. Source + image via nate
