The mansion lies on a 29,900 sq ft lot and the house itself is 4,366 sq ft containing 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A media representative stated, "For his children that have been studying in private schools in the Beverly Hills area, Lee Soo Man and his wife have been living in a luxury condominium and were actively looking to settle in LA".
