Singer/actress Uhm Jung Hwa has apologized for her scary makeup picture.
On August 9th, Uhm Jung Hwa tweeted, "I haven't put on makeup for a long time." and uploaded a picture of herself.
In the picture, Uhm Jung Hwa is seen with long crimped hair and thick, smoky eye makeup. Her grey contact lens almost made her look like a completely different person, and netizens expressed that it seemed like she overdid her makeup.
In response, Uhm Jung Hwa tweeted on August 10th, "A picture to alleviate the scariness" and uploaded a picture of her dog Tangeul. She also said, "I uploaded that picture because it's been a while since I had cute makeup on. I'm sorry for scaring everyone."
Uhm Jung Hwa's brother, Uhm Tae Woong, commented on Uhm Jung Hwa's scary makeup picture with, "I thought that was Tangeul."
