Danny Ahn talks about the cultural significance of Jajangmyeon

On KBS Cool FM's 'Danny's Music Show', Radio DJ Danny Ahn of g.o.d shared with his listeners how excited he was that the word 'Jajangmyeon' (Korean Noodle Dish) was officially acknowledged as a standard Korean word, and that he would be able to sing "To My Mother" much more naturally now. g.o.d. debuted with "To My Mother" in 1999 and the word 'Jajangmyeon' is contained in the lyrics. He also played "To My Mother" as the opening song to his show on that day and stated, "The word 'Jajangmyeon' is extremely significant in this song. It is what makes the song so heartbreaking." He could not hide his excitement as he added, "I'm going to further emphasize the word 'Jajangmyeon' in the song now!" In response, his listeners said things like, "That song is the official Jajangmyeon song", "I ate Jjajangmyun with my colleagues today in celebration!", etc. Singers Seo In Guk and G.NA also made guest appearances on the show.
