ZE:A's Kwanghee and Jewelry's Yewon successfully wrapped up their first weekend as the new DJs of SBS Radio's "Young Street"! Since the two have known each other from their trainee days, Yewon and Kwanghee worked in flawless unity to present an enjoyable first set of shows. The producer commented, "They showed fantastic synchronization, and I think they'll receive a huge response from listeners in their teens and 20s." After they wrapped up the show on July 3rd, Kwanghee and Yewon expressed, "We were extremely nervous. We definitely felt the difference between just participating as a guest and actually carrying out the radio show as DJs. However, we were able to keep up our strength through the strong support system of our seniors and colleagues. The previous DJ of 'Young Street', Kim Hee Chul, texted us right before the broadcast, saying, 'All you need to do is keep doing your best like you always do. Don't feel burdened'. We were so nervous that we couldn't even see the script in front of us properly, but that text message made us feel a lot better." As congratulatory gifts, the DJs for "Shim Shim Tapa", Shindong and Gyuri, sent the new "Young Street" hosts celebratory garlands which had witty lyric lines from ZE:A's song�"Here I Am" and Jewelry's "In Case You Didn't Know". Fellow Jewelry member Semi personally went to the studio herself to give Kwanghee and Yewon a cake as well. Yewon and Kwanghee's management company,�Star Empire, stated, "Kwanghee and Yewon have been working very hard in order to present a good image to their listeners. In particular, Kwanghee has been working on correcting his pronunciation since he has the tendency to slur the ends of his words, and whenever Yewon discovered good catch phrases through other broadcasts, she would always write it down as a memo.
