It was recently revealed through one of After School Kahi's friends that she was genuinely thinking of undergoing cosmetic surgery.
During this week's broadcast of KBS 2TV's "Secret", a video recording of one of Kahi's close friends was played. In the recording, the friend revealed that Kahi had always felt her greatest complex was her chin, and said she had serious thoughts of getting it refined with surgery.
In response, Kahi explained to the surprised audience, "There was a time when I visited a fortune teller, and they said my luck leaves through my chin. That's why I thought of getting cosmetic surgery."
