Heechul rants on Twitter about his scar

It seems that Super Junior's Heechul is more upset about his recent injury than he's been letting on.  He was hit by a fan placard in Shanghai during "Super Show 3", and although he seemed to be recovering, perhaps the injury is more serious. He recently posted, "Bullshit mirror Fuck the scar...Im not cool Everything hate..." What do you think of this enigmatic tweet? Source: @Heedictator Tip: michelle
