Mnet's "Superstar K2" contestant Kim Bo Kyung has become the first ever singer from the show to breakthrough the public broadcast networks in promotion of her debut track, "Day by Day."
Although she failed to rank in the 'Top 11' for the show, her fantastic vocal talents garnered her enough attention to land a contract with Sony Music Entertainment Korea.
Fellow contestant and winner Huh Gak was once nominated for the 'K-Chart,' but he has never made an appearance on the show, making Kim Bo Kyung's performance on today's episode of "Music Bank" the cable audition program's first ever contestant to make it.
