Bae Yong Joon files a lawsuit against a paparazzo

Hallyu star Bae Yong Joon recently filed a lawsuit against a paparazzo who�trespassed into his villa and took unauthorized photos which were published in a monthly magazine. A representative from his agency, Keyeast, announced, "We have officially filed a lawsuit on February 18th against the paparazzo who violated Bae Yong Joon's privacy". He elaborated on the issue, saying "The villa was purchased mainly for living. It has never been revealed to the public before, and the paparazzo went into the building and ground that are currently being remodeled. The pictures that he took were published in the February edition of 'Lady Trend'. The building is a very private place, it definitely has a right to be protected. We're very sad that something like this happened. It has reached far beyond violation of privacy, thus we filed a lawsuit for the protection of our actor's private life". Bae Yong Joon purchased the villa last fall, located in Seoul, Sungbukdong, and started renovations. He is set to move in as soon as the renovations are complete. Source: OSEN
