It was announced that Rain had finally won his lawsuit against an investor, "A", over his Hawaiian concert back in 2007.
On December 30th, the Seoul Central District Court put down the final judicial decision for 'A' to reimburse $880,000 to�Rain's concert management company in Hawaii.
In 2007, "A" invested approximately $400,000 USD towards Rain's concert in Hawaii, however after the concert's sudden cancellation, he filed a lawsuit against Rain's management company and representatives for loss ofinterest and investment earnings.
