Though the drama definitely boosted his popularity, he had to leave for his mandatory military duties. Since he got back, Gong Yoo has been receiving countless love calls for parts in dramas and movies. It seems he accepted one of them as he will be making his return with a movie called Finding Kim Jong Wook, a romantic comedy with a musical element. The story is about a girl played by Im Soo Jung who goes on a vacation and encounters her first love, Kim Jong Wook.
