Big Bang to join 2NE1 on Music Core?

Earlier we reported that YG Entertainment was currently in talks with MBC to have girl group 2NE1 make a special guest appearance on the special 200th episode of Music Core. It's now been revealed that Big Bang's Daesung and Seungri might be joining in on the action. Nothing has been confirmed yet as the two companies are still trying to mend their past issues. But a representative of 2NE1 said that it seems very likely for the deal to pull through, and now YGE is saying the same. YG Entertainment said, "We're still [discussing] 2NE1's potential appearance on Music Core. It may not be official but it looks like they will part take in the show." It was then revealed that if 2NE1 does appear, Daesung and Seungri will be tagging along as well. YGE continued, "We want Daesung and Seungri to appear as MCs but we'll have to double check Big Bang's schedule to make sure." 2NE1 made their debut in May of 2009 but has yet to make an appearance on Music Core. During his solo debut, G-Dragon only appeared on Music Bank and Inkigayo with Taeyang doing the same. If the deal pulls through, then 2NE1 will be making their first ever appearance on this show February 20th.
