Huh? What? Father? Yes, father. MBLAQ recently had an interview with music portal site, Monkey3. During the interview, MBLAQ shared a little episode about why they called their producer Rain, their father. MBLAQ commented:
When Rain hyung is not around, we feel very uncomfortable. He is like our father. At one time, we called Rain hyung 'father' and he took it as a joke, saying, 'Why are you calling me father when our ages aren't that far apart.' Rain hyung really hates being called a 'father.' Ever since that incident, we now just call him 'hyung.'They also revealed which song they like to listen to, "All our members listen to f(x)'s Chu~? everyday. The song is really fresh." They then joked, "We like the song [only], nothing beyond that." Comparing the youngest MBLAQ member, Mir (1991), with Rain (1982), its only 9 years difference. But more importantly, come on MBLAQ, I'm sure you guys like f(x) just as much as you like the song, or perhaps even more...
