In addition, Lee Seung Gi admitted that, "My mother and father, on the other hand, carefully avoids revealing the truth. When my parents hear comments like, 'Did you know Lee Seung Gi lives in this town?' they reply, 'Oh really?', and also, when they hear, 'He was in our supermarket', they say, 'I saw him a couple of times as well.'"
