After the wait, it's finally here! With the release of Ninja Assassin just around the corner on November 25th, 2009, we had the pleasure of meeting up with the lead star, Rain, in New York City on November 13th and conduct a brief interview. With the Wachowski Brothers (The Matrix series, Speed Racer) as producers and Rain as the main lead, Ninja Assassin is already making waves amongst both Americans and Asians. In this Hollywood martial arts film, Rain stars as Raizo, a young assassin in a deadly clash with his own ex-clan. Although exhausted from a grueling day, Rain was still very friendly and down to earth. But that doesn't mean he doesn't have star quality, not to mention the man is just huge - in an impressive way. To be honest, I thought he was a football player. Rain is definitely not your normal pretty boy k-pop idol and it'll be even more glaringly obvious when you watch him kick some major ass in Ninja Assassin. With that said, enjoy the interview!
