Stars turned out in full force for the opening ceremony of the 14th Pusan International Film Festival (PIFF) on 8th October at the Busan Haeundae Sooyoungman Yachting Stadium. There were fears a day earlier that the red carpet event might be a non-event as there were strong winds due to a typhoon approaching Japan. But the fears soon subsided with clear skies yesterday night. The prestigious film festival saw many stars appearing to lend their presence, making it a truely star gazing night including the likes of Ha Ji Won, Jeon Do Yeon, Kim Ha Neul, Han Chae Young, Han Ye Seul, So Ji Sub, Jang Dong Gun, Lee Byung Hun, etc and even Hollywood star, Josh Hartnett.
