As reported earlier, rookie boy band MBLAQ made an appearance on MBC's Starry Night radio program, wherein they performed their debut single "Oh Yeah." Due to their hectic schedule, the male idols only stopped by for a short while before taking their leave. Fortunately, Rain / Bi's proteges returned again on the 20th and 21st for their 2nd and 3rd meeting with radio host Park Kyung Lim. The group joined together to perform the more slow-tempo track "G.O.O.D Luv" off of their first album. Even though the song required less energy that "Oh Yeah," they still delivered an applaudable performance with enticing charisma that just could not be ignored. G.O (Jung Byung Hee) also took up the mic by himself with his rendition of "Last Time" by Eric Benet. Proving why he was rightfully chosen as the group's main vocalist, he serenaded listeners with his hauntingly soulful voice that dripped with passion through every note. Many praised G.O's singing ability, to which the talented singer replied, "Although I may appear tough because of my mustache, I will try my best to absolve such judgments with my vocals." In addition, Lee Joon and Chun Doong demonstrated their foreign language skills in English and Tagalog respectively. Lee Joon, who plays the role of a younger version of Rain / Bi's character in the U.S. film "Ninja Assassin," busted out a phrase that is commonly heard from moms as parenting advice: "you shouldn't do that." Although it was concise and surely nothing impressive, the attempt itself was absolutely adorable. Chun Doong, on the other hand, had his moment to shine when one of the listeners asked him to speak in Tagalog. Even when he spoke the foreign language, Chun Doong held a striking resemblance to the way his sister Dara of 2NE1 talked, as they had both lived in the Philippines for some time. Seeing that the crowd was impressed with Chun Doong's Tagalog, Lee Joon tried to redeem himself by taking another shot at sharing a message in English when the bell rang and interrupted him. cr: absolutemblaq cr: absolutemblaq The MBLAQ quintet are expected to make a couple more appearances this week so stay tuned on allkpop for the updates. Kudos to Marianna for the second video link.
