2NE1 Wins First Mutizen on Inkigayo

Turning their fans' Charmander embers into a Charizard inferno, 2NE1 has won their first-ever Mutizen for Fire on SBS Inkigayo. This was their 4th after picking up 3 awards at the recent Cyworld Digital Music awards. Check out their victory and encore performance. They also did their usual Fire performance. Kudos to CodeMonmonSeason3 for the uploads Even though the single was released more than a month ago, it seems that Fire's flame is burning hotter than ever. Even the boy-band fire hoses of SuJu's "It's You", SHINee's "Juliette" and 2PM's "Hate You" could not put out this song. [insert more corny fire-related puns] Semi-surprisingly, Park Bom was the only one who really choked up (though you could see Minji tear up a bit during the encore). Most K-artists, overcome by the magnitude that is national recognition for one's years of training, bawl their eyes out with their first victory. Congrats to the girls; for winning an award simply based on a lone debut single is highly impressive. There will undoubtedly be more to come from this female foursome of YG Entertainment.
