Some netizens are claiming that Suzy got an under eye surgery that makes the lower parts of the eyes rounder. Photos like the ones below are circulating:
The surgery is known to make eyes rounder by removing issues from the area under the eyes. Here is an actual before and after photos from a plastic surgery clinic website.
Suzy fans are adamant that the actress/idol has always had the same eyes, and any changes are due to makeup or camera angles. They are posting multiple photos from her debut to recent days to prove their argument.
Here are some comments from netizens, defending Suzy:
"...nobody else is consistently pretty like Suzy; don't criticize her face. Those who are bashing her, compare your middle school photos next to hers. You'll learn how pretty she is."

It does seem like depending on the photos, her eyes can look different -- even on the same day! Suzy is also known to have gained some weight from "Good Girl, Bad Girl" days and to eventually lose it all and some more, which could explain why she looks different from her old photos.
