As more and more accusers are coming out about Yoochun's sexual assaults, C-JeS Entertainment has had to release yet another official statement.

On June 17, the agency wrote:

"We are sorry and sincerely apologize for getting involved in a situation that is having a huge impact on society.  Regarding the various articles and things related to Yoochun that's been reported recently, C-JeS Entertainment had been trying to refrain from taking any action all this time.  Rather than taking action through the media about an accusation in which the facts are completely unknown, we believed that the right order was to wait for the results of the police investigation after which we would take the right legal course of action.

"However, seeing the various, thoughtless accusations made against Yoochun, we've come to think it's meaningless to take action after waiting for the results of the police investigation.  Firstly, we plan to submit a complaint at the Gangnam Police Station on Monday on the charges of blackmail and false accusation against the first accuser for which the minimum facts have at least been gathered.

"Also, regarding the second round of lawsuits afterwards, we plan to take firm action for false accusations as the facts come out.  We plan to actively cooperate with the police investigation in order to prove Yoochun's chivalry and recover his image."

DEAR GOD, Why is there so much negativity & hate in people's mind & heart?? What goes around, comes around. The negativity/hate you sent out into this universe will engulf your life. You have to pay for your negativity. The moment you send hate, you are bringing your soul energy level down down down. Next time if something bad happens to you, just remember it's because of your negativity. It's good to follow news but DON'T INDULGE in gossip, slander, judging & hate. If you support him, comment "I support him". If you don't support him, comment "I wish the truth will surface soon". Don't prolong the discussion unnecessarily and waste yours & others time. Life is simple, don't complicate it unnecessarily. Live & let live, don't rub your opinions on others & don't think you're right either. I suggest you all start reading philosophy & expand your mind towards love & positivity rather than wasting your time in dissing people/celebrities.

There are people who keep saying that as yoochun is rich so he can use money to settle everything including for the investigation things. Ya, if he is really such powerful then why he cannot use his 'powerful' to appear in main tv stream as a singer since JYJ group has formed. Don't tell me that bcuz he is not interested to appear on tv as a singer, cuz as a singer, sure he will want to promote his songs.

It is insane to me how quick some people on here are to either defend Yoochun or say something like he is innocent until proven guilty. Four women have come forward to say they were RAPED. Do you know how much of a stigma sexual assault survivors have in Korea? How difficult it is for people to support them and believe them? Korea is a patriarchy like everywhere else, and Yoochun is a man with massive political capital. I can imagine the survivors are smart enough to know that even if he is guilty, the consequences will be light because Yoochun is a rich and powerful man. This is why they didn't report immediately, they cannot get their voices heard above the fans and the agency. Second, people saying that they are blackmailing him, and have conspirited together to take him down. Is this the movies? You have got to be delusional. If they are sex workers, they are already vulnerable women. Why would they want a defamatipn suit and to put their jobs in jeopardy by accusing a rich and powerful person? Finally, most assailants have similar patterns when they assault. Most are multiple offenders, attack in the same location, use alcohol and drugs etc. From what he's been accused of, Yoochun falls right in line with the typical profile of an assailant. Please, let's support women and pray justice is brought to the right person. If the victims are lying, they just made it infinitely more difficult for actual survivors of sexual assault to see justice. In the meantime, let's be rational here.

Glad that they're stepping up against the accusations to prove his innocence.

maybe I'm just stupid or naive (what I reau#lly doubt, according to my age, life experience etc) but I still hope, there will be justice and the right person/s will be punished. In the first place, I will not call the women victims, as much as I won't refer to him as the offender.. innocent until he's proven guilty, like telling the truth, until it turns out, they've lied.. ah, it's all pretty confusing, right..? but.. there are a couple of things bothering me on both sides.. women #1: I've read somewhere, she just reported, because her boyfriend told her so, when he was 'outraged' after he found out about the 'incident', then he (the boyfriend) talked about dropping the the claims (sorry, if that's not the case..like I've said: just read it in am article) and stated, they've decided so, since he learned the truth abou it and that it's all a missunderstanding, stuff like that.. So, after reading it, I've speculated..what if, this woman had consensual sex with him, despite having a boyfriend, who found out about it by any chance, and thought: "hey, it was JYJs Yoochun.. why not trying to get something out of this..?" and tried to blackmail him, but Yoochun just showed them the middle one of five fingers and the boyfriend thought: "Well, if you won't pay for being the reason my girlfriend cheated on me, let's just report you, by saying, you've raped/harrassed her.." (like I said, just speculating) or, another scenario: she saw him, thought, "Wow..isn't that this former DBSK guy..?" and got rejected.. as a woman myself, I know, how some of us could react, if they want revenge for something.. be as it may, refusing, cheating or something else.. I'm not saying, she's like that, but, just like in the mens world, we can't deny the fact, that examples like this, really exist.. as well as sasaengs and butt hurted fangirls, who see 'oppa' as their private property..(even if I doubt, woman #1 is one of those) or, jumping to the third possibility: Yoochun just did, what she accused him of and was paid, for dropping her allegation..which, to be honest, I wouldn't understand, because instead of getting money, I, for myself, would rather see the one, doing this to me, rot in jail, instead of being paid like a prostitute..(I know, there's the saying she is one, but as far as I know, the police haven't confirmed yet, right? Please enlight me, if I'm wrong about that) woman #2: Haven't heard much from her statement, except, her 'story' sounds similiar to the first and she came out, after the media was flooded by the 'scandal'. still speculating: she could be a friend, to back up the first party, since she popped up, before the first woman dropped it all.. apparently working in the same kind of business and the same district, and it would be quite interesting, if they're working at the same establishment.. what's bringing me to woman #3 and #4, who, as we all know, claiming their accusations just yesterday. Do I still have to say, I'm speculating on this as well..? After the first woman dropped it and the second was standing there alone, getting all the hate for being a whore and a liar, who's just after his money, the other two came for help.. while one of them, (I'm not sure if #3 or #4, since there are different posts about the order) was changing the date of the assault from december, 2015 (?) to february,14th until she decided on february, 21st.. while the other one told the police, to be harrased in the bathroom of Yoochuns house (what's a little uncommon to me, because I would rather use the bedroom, instead..since it was his place, but.. well..), after she went there with some others to continue partying..left me wondering, if she was a prostitute, too, like everyone assumed with the other 3 women.. anyway.. prostitute or not and despite the fact, it's against the law in SK to take money in exchange for sexual services, and even there are four, who have all stated the same circumstances of being asked by Yoochun to go to the bathroom with him, it's still possible for them to be co-workers, thinking of making some extra money, by blackmailing a celebrity, who could refuse to pay and to show him, that it would have been better for him, to do so, they made up the rape/harrassment story, to let him know, they were damn serious about that., or friends, getting revenge for rejecting one of them.. or all of them..? while they were hoping to become the girlfriend of an idol..? We all know, such things aren't so far-fetched in SK, where a lot of people care more about the social status of someone, than the person itself.. (And yes.. I know, it's not only SK, where people are like this..) my last and final thought on this: he just did, what they accuse him of.. which would be the most stupid, selfish and disgusting thing, one person could do, in my eyes,. and if that's what happened, he should be punished with the highest possible sentence for every single case and whatever might also come up in the next weeks.. because forcing another person to do sexual related things, they don't wanted to do, is rape, harrassment, assault, molesting or whatever you want to call it and can't be done with a rap on his knuckles or covered up by a company with paying for silence..needless to mention the damage, this might also affect the carreers of Jaejoong and Junsu as well.. I know, C-jes' CEO  Baek ChangJu isn't a choirboy himself, according to sayings of threatening people, for what he was also indicted for.. back then, he also said, it was all false and he would fight for his innocence. What brings me to a part of a C-JES statement about this case here, that slightly bothers me and says: If Yoochun will be found guilty, he will retire from the entertainment industry for good.. Is it, that they're knowing something, either the police or we know..? Do they think, he must be guilty, if there are two different individuals, accusing him for the same felony with a similiar pattern..? because they said it, after the second claim.. Or is it just, that they don't trust the investigators, to be able, to find out the truth..? A lot of questions are popping up with this whole stuff.. Not to mention, some are thinking, the women were paid from another source (Shame on you, if your first guess is LOTTE.. :-)) to cover or reduce the publics interest in another crime.. Either way, he might be done anyway, no matter what will be the outcome of all this, because there will always be people, reminding him as 'Yoochun, the rapist/sexual offender' who likes to 'do' girls in the bathroom.. Every  fan, who stans a korean idol group, solo singer, actor or whatsoever celebrity, that was ever involved in the slightest 'scandal', will know, what I'm talking about.. when you type his name on some search engine, 'scandal', 'rape', 'sexual assault', 'harrassment' and so on will be pop up with it, as the first results..  the fans might forgive and forget, but the public or media will never..

I don't understand why people should label him as rapist when everything is not yet confirmed?  Isn't all the crimes just need accuse from one side only without any evidence to be convicted?

So first of all if he's guilty he needs to be punished!!! ... but as you know yoochun is a mega Star with A LOT OF Fans if he's into some strange stuff (like s&m)  he can get it anywhere he want from Groupies who a willing to pay for some shh with him. i don't know if he is really that dumb to risk his career for something he can get (with everything he desires) so easily ... so I hope the investigation will find the real culprit. It will be really hard to find evidence in a sexual Assault case because there is Word agains Word ... so I really hope IF he has done something that brutal and disgusting that he will not get away with this and that he will get caught and punished.
