Did you know SECRET's Ji Eun had this crazy nice figure?
Through her interview with 'Sure' magazine, Ji Eun revealed that the secret to her body was finetes, which is a combination of fitness and Pilates. She stated that finetes is ideal for beautifully shaping the muscles, and also said that she often uses the stairs instead of elevators to tone her legs.
