He looks like he might have twisted his ankle while jumping around. The injury doesn't appear to be that serious as he was still able to hop around and come back on stage to perform, and the other members were still laughing even as they help him off stage later on.

He also posted the above photo onto his Instagram and wrote, "I will be fine don't worry about me". It's apparently also his first time injuring himself live. While of course it would've been the best if he hadn't been injured at all, at least the injury was not very serious.

Small injury or not, we wish Hongki a speedy recovery!
