This was a busy week in K-drama land with the finale of 'The Future Choice' and the premiere of Han Hye Jin's new drama, 'Kind Words'. But whether it was in with the new or out with the old, 'Empress Qi' surpassed its competitors to break its own record in viewer ratings!
According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, the December 3rd episode of MBC's 'Empress Qi' achieved a 19.0% viewer rating which is a 1.2% increase from its previous viewer rating of 17.8%, breaking its own previous record of 18.1%.
SBS' 'Kind Words' premiered with a solid 6.8% viewer rating which went up to a 8.4% viewer rating this week. KBS 2TV's 'The Future Choice' said goodbye with a 4.1% viewer rating which is a 0.6% drop from its previous viewer rating of 4.7%, ending with its lowest viewer rating ever.
