IU keeps her promise from a year ago with a taxi driver

On June 3rd, the man who is now�known as, 'IU's taxi driver' tweeted, "I went to IU's concert yesterday. It was my first time going to a concert. I wanted to say thank you to IU but I was unable to see her as I received the ticket directly from a representative. I will be rooting for an even more fun and successful concert in the future. Thank you, IU".

IU first came in contact with the taxi driver last year when he let the singer into his taxi while he was driving. At the time, without realizing that the passenger he carried was IU, he had requested her to sing the song, "Nagging", a duet sung by IU and 2AM's Seul Ong. IU then promised to invite him and his family members to her first concert.

A year has passed since then, and IU has kept her promise to the taxi driver by inviting the him and his family to her first individual concert.
