New.F.O releases "Bounce" dance practice + "Ggoomchi" dance training video

5-member girl group New.F.O have been promoting their debut single "Bounce," and just today, they released their dance practice video, as well as a training video for their "Ggoomchi" dance. The dance moves for "Bounce" were created by the choreographer for U-KISS and TVXQ, hence the powerful moves that aren't typically found in girl group routines.
