After the departure of first generation leaders, Park Jung Ah and Seo In Young, girl group Jewelry has been stuck in a myriad of delays for their pending comeback. Jewelry's comeback was initially planned for August, then was later delayed to September, November, and most recently the end of December. Now, it's been revealed that the group will comeback next year. A representative of Star Empire recently talked with Sports Today and stated that the group will comeback next year, the representative also stated that the group would retain the name of Jewelry. Last month, new member Park Se Mi posted on her minihompy, "Nu Jewelry coming soon" which sparked some rumors that the group was changing their name. However, it was recently revealed that after some internal discussions they decided to keep the name of Jewelry. Jewelry currently consists of four members: two are already existing members, Ha Juyeon and Kim Eunjung. The two new members consists of a past contestant of 'Superstar K' Park Se Mi, and the final member is a trainee at Star Empire named Kim Yewon. It seems like we'll have to wait a little longer than expected to see Jewelry once again. Hopefully, there won't be any more delays. Source + Photo: Asiae
