Following the earlier announcement of international sensation "Squid Game" being turned into an actual reality competition show on Netflix, Netflix has confirmed the airing date of this reality competition entitled "Squid Game: The Challenge."
This reality version of "Squid Game" will see 456 participants competing for a cash prize of $4.56 million (approx. 6.1 billion won), the largest cash prize in the history of the reality TV show. It is said that the participants will be pushed in a series of games, which would require them to form opportunistic alliances, take on harsh strategies, and timely betrayal.
