Girls' Generation's YoonA sat down for an interview with 'W Korea' magazine.
In the interview video above, YoonA opens up about how she got over her shyness, her personality type, and more. On late night snacks, she expressed, "Why are late night snacks more delicious? The temptation of late night snacks is hard for me too. If you can't fight it, try something that's low in calories or can make your stomach feel better."
On facing your shyness, YoonA shared, "I was also very shy when I was young. I feel less shy after doing this job, but in a way, I think it's because my focus does not lie with me. I think because I focus more on looking at others that it lessened those kinds of feelings and allowed me to try to change myself."

YoonA shouldn't eat snacks/junk food at every night, eating at night will cause gastric reflux, and in the long run it will damage her health, also when u eat at night the body usually wakes up more swollen and/or flabby, which will also cause u to have sooner wrinkles on the skin or cellulitis.😟

I guess YoonA means in her kindergarden years or maybe today, because YoonA was never really "shy" either in her student years or as a kpop artist, she was the strongest member of snsd and one of the funniest, outgoing and smartest members, but now she has become more boring, it must be because she became older or more actress.
She liked to prank her unnies. One of her nickname was 'choding' which means elementary schoolkid/schoolboy. I don't think YoonA was "shy" in elementary school either, I remember that one of her close friends from her elementary school said that one of Yoona's specialties was going into the boys bathroom (said it with a little tongue in cheek) 😜hahahahaahaha~thats YoonA was not shy at all.😂😎
YoonA was a very nice playful and joking girl, and that made people love her more.

Yoona was also someone radiant, energetic, funny, talented, strong, brave and very creative and intelligent, as well as kind and polite. What I can affirm is that YoonA is more reserved in her personal life, but she was not that "shy" girl
