The music video features Uhm Jung Hwa in the studio as well as clips of Lee Hyori from her reality series 'Seoul Check-in'. "From Winter to Winter" is written, composed, and produced by Uhm Jung Hwa and music director Jung Jun Il, and the lyrics are about healing from the busy world around you.
