On April 8, Na Young Suk PD's brand new YouTube mini-series, tvN's 'Idols Who Cook Ramen' aired its first episode starring TREASURE's Hyunsuk and Jihoon!

Inspired by Kang Ho Dong's 'Man Who Cooks Ramen', 'Idols Who Cook Ramen' will follow these two rookie K-Pop boy group members as they embark on a journey to master the "art of ramen". 

During episode 0 which aired on this day, TREASURE's Hyunsuk and Jihoon met up with Na Young Suk PD to discuss the program's direction, and also begin their first, flash challenge!

Both idols were asked to cook up one ramen dish each on the spot using Na PD's kitchen. Jihoon, who confessed that he does not handle spicy food well, chose to cook 'Beef Bone Broth Ramen', while Hyunsuk, a lover of spicy foods, chose to mix 'Hot Chicken Flavored Ramen' with two other ramen brands. 

However, despite working with a mix of high quality ingredients such as Korean beef, pre-made dumplings, and more, both Hyunsuk and Jihoon ultimately failed their first ramen cooking tasks! Jihoon earned negative points for creating messes during his cooking process and for adding excessive artificial seasoning which made his noodles too salty, while Hyunsuk's ambitious dish turned out to be lacking flavor, despite the visually appealing plating.
