ITZY's Lia revealed she meditates on the toilet.
On the May 1st episode of 'Knowing Brothers', Lia quizzed the cast members about what she does when she needs to calm herself during the Q&A segment, asking, "What do I do when I need to calm myself down?" Seo Jang Hoon managed to guess, "You sit on the toilet and meditate."
Lia explained, "I sit still on the toilet. I usually do this in the bathrooms of broadcast stations. Broadcast stations are usually very busy. The bathrooms are the most quiet, and you can be alone in there. That's why there's a popular place in terms of bathrooms at every station."
In terms of MBC, she said, "The view from the bathrooms there are really good. You can see the train go by. That's why I find peace and calm down there as I look at the view."

I understand what she means. The bathroom for me has always been a comfort space. I could sit and listen to music in the bathroom for hours 💀
