Vincent Blue is back with new single "It's Raining"!

The R&B singer, represented by Brand New Music, released the music video for the song through YouTube on March 25. In the video, Vincent finds himself living in a world that plays with the singer's stage name, singing in various blue scenes resembling the swirling world of Vincent van Gogh.

Meanwhile, the "It's Raining" single album was released on March 24 at 6 PM KST.
