'Single's Inferno 5' cast member Kim Min Ji, dubbed the “track and field Karina,” candidly revealed that she has received cosmetic fillers.
On February 28, Kim Min Ji uploaded a video titled “𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱, 𝗜 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱… 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚💬 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲'𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼 𝟱” on her YouTube channel KIMMINGEE. Kim Min Ji rose to stardom through the Netflix dating reality series 'Single's Inferno' season 5. The series shows singles stranded on a remote island, where they must become couples to escape “Inferno,” delivering a bold and honest dating experience. Kim Min Ji received much love for her candid personality and her straightforward expression of her feelings toward Song Seung Il.
In her new YouTube video, Kim Min Ji shared, “A few days ago, I posted a ‘Ask Me Anything’ on Instagram Stories, and I received so many responses I couldn’t even count them all. I wanted to answer those questions. Thank you so much for all the love and interest. I’m truly grateful.”
While enjoying a trendy combination of mala xiang guo and egg sushi, she continued responding to questions. “I should eat the way I normally do these days. But how does everyone eat such big bites? This is the first episode on my channel—am I showing too unglamorous a side of myself? I guess I did look a bit unpolished on ‘Single’s Inferno 5,’” she said with a laugh.
Explaining why she launched her channel, Kim Min Ji said, “I wanted to show a more honest side of myself.”
When asked, “I’m just curious without any bad intentions, but I saw something about plastic surgery on Reels: did you get anything done?” she responded playfully, “I don’t think that’s entirely without bad intentions. You’ve got a little.” She then clarified, “I really didn’t get plastic surgery. I truly didn’t. When I look at the photo in question, even I think it looks a bit bizarre. I was shocked.”
She went on to explain, “When you first get braces, your mouth can stick out like this. And who actually becomes prettier just from orthodontics alone? I did get some fillers. The nose is filler, and my forehead is filler, too. I’ll share the treatment details. I’ve recently opened my eyes to procedures. I didn’t expect that just getting braces and a bit of filler would make me prettier. Even I didn’t know I’d turn out this pretty,” she said with a laugh.
