TREASURE unveiled a special gift for fans in celebration of their 2,000th day since debut.
On January 27th KST, YG Entertainment released TREASURE – “BETTER THAN ME” SPECIAL FILM via its official social media channels. The video pairs the audio of “BETTER THAN ME,” the final track from TREASURE’s third mini album 'LOVE PULSE', with visuals that capture the members’ warm and comforting charm.
Centered around Jihoon, the storyline stands out alongside TREASURE’s mature visuals, completed with classic styling. The members drew admiration for their delicate expressions—deep gazes and calm, understated facial expressions—that amplify the song’s gentle atmosphere.
Despite being labeled a special film, the production features cinematic direction comparable to a full music video. The contrast between bright spring days and snowy winter scenes, along with settings such as the city, parks, stadiums, art galleries, and record shops, adds visual richness to the members’ appearances.
As the video was unveiled without prior notice to mark their 2,000th debut anniversary, it has been met with enthusiastic reactions from TREASURE MAKERs around the world. YG stated, “We’re grateful for the great support for this video prepared by the members to express their appreciation for fans. The group is currently focused on working on their next album and will return soon with great music.”
Meanwhile, TREASURE is in the midst of 2025-26 TREASURE TOUR [PULSE ON], spanning 27 shows across 14 cities. They will wrap up the Japan leg of the tour on February 10th and 11th at Kyocera Dome Osaka, one of Japan’s largest venues. Beginning in March, the group will continue connecting with fans across Asia, starting in Macau.
