G-Dragon is preparing to hold a fan meeting in February, marking his first official solo fan event since debut.
Real name is Kwon Ji Yong, currently gearing up for the fan meeting, which will offer fans a rare opportunity for direct interaction.
While G-Dragon has long focused on concerts and world tours during his solo career, he has never hosted a formal fan meeting under his own name. He previously held large-scale solo world tours, including 'ONE OF A KIND' in 2013 and 'ACT III: M.O.T.T.E' in 2017, which took him across Asia, North America, and Europe.
More recently, G-Dragon released his 2025 full-length album 'Ubermensch' and completed the 'G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Ubermensch]', which began in March in Goyang and concluded with encore concerts at Seoul’s Gocheok Sky Dome in December.
Although BigBang held fan meetings in the past, the group’s last official event was in 2016. A brief gathering following G-Dragon’s military discharge in 2019 was not considered a formal fan meeting.
As such, the upcoming February event is expected to carry special significance, serving as G-Dragon’s first official fan meeting and a meaningful moment of connection following his world tour activities.
