DAY6’s Sungjin has shared a special teaser, filling fans with excitement.
On December 15th KST, DAY6 will release their Christmas special single ‘Lovin’ the Christmas’. Ahead of the release, JYP Entertainment uploaded an Advent-calendar-themed teaser on the group’s official Instagram account on the afternoon of December 9th.
The teaser included a variety of content—from the cover image to individual photos of Sungjin, handwritten text, and an audio message. While the image of Sungjin holding a gift conveyed a warm, festive mood, the audio message added a cozy touch:
“My Day, are you having a warm and comfortable day? We prepared the new song ‘Lovin’ the Christmas’ as a Christmas gift for My Day, whom we’re always so grateful for. I hope you’ll like it. Please wait just a little longer until December 15th, and let’s spend a happy Christmas together and wrap up 2025 well.”
Sungjin’s handwritten line, “I think I finally understand why people get so excited for this day and look forward to it so much,” is revealed to be part of the lyrics, raising anticipation for the full song. ‘Lovin’ the Christmas’ marks DAY6’s first-ever seasonal track since debut, capturing the sentiment of Christmas.
Meanwhile, DAY6’s new digital single ‘Lovin’ the Christmas’ will be available on major music platforms on December 15th at 6 PM.
