NMIXX has successfully launched their first-ever world tour.
On November 30, the group held the final night of their two-day concert, 'EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER', at the Inspire Arena in Incheon. This marks NMIXX's first solo concert since their debut three years ago.
The show opened with a dramatic voyage concept, featuring stormy seas and thunder, before the members appeared to perform their debut hit "O.O" with a live band. They also unveiled the first-ever performance of "Phoenix," a B-side from their recent chart-topping album 'Blue Valentine'.
The members were visibly moved by the massive crowd of NSWER (their fandom). "Seeing the arena filled with you makes me so excited," said leader Haewon.
Bae noted the dress code for the night, "Adventurer," telling fans, "Just being here qualifies you as an adventurer. So many dream-like things happened this year, and I hope you stay with us on this journey."
Kyujin explained the tour's meaning: "This is the first journey NMIXX and NSWER are taking together... it's the path toward 'Mixtopia'."
NMIXX is currently riding a career-high. Their first full album, 'Blue Valentine', released in October, recently swept domestic charts, including hitting #1 on Melon.
