Yunho is set to begin a journey of self-reinvention through TV Chosun’s new variety program ‘My Way – Over-Immersion Club,’ which premieres on September 3 at 10 p.m.
The reality show observes the daily lives of people who immerse themselves deeply in specific pursuits.
On the program, Yunho creates a ‘Mandal-Art plan,’ a planning tool famously used by baseball star Shohei Ohtani, filling it with areas he believes he needs to improve—acting, dance, vocals, trends, and stamina.
When asked why he chose those topics, Yunho candidly replied, “They were my weak points,” drawing attention with his honesty.

In particular, when writing down ‘acting,’ he recalled his drama debut ‘Heading to the Ground,’ admitting, “After filming that project, I really did hit my head against a wall many times.” He added, “I want to improve by writing down the things I’m not good at, the things I consider flaws,” showing his determination to grow. His sincerity is gaining interest, especially after recently receiving praise for his role in the drama ‘Low Life.’

Yunho also listed dance as a weakness. “Trends in dance keep changing, so I have to keep learning,” he explained, inviting star choreographer Root—known for creating routines for aespa, NCT, and BoA—to teach him MZ-generation dance moves. Yunho then demonstrates the differences between MZ-style choreography and 2nd-generation idol dance in the studio.
