To celebrate their 20th anniversary, the K-pop group Super Junior is launching a special pop-up store. According to SM Entertainment, the "SJ MARKET" pop-up will run from August 15 to August 31 at the Iron Building in Seoul.
The store is designed to look like a supermarket run by Super Junior. Fans can grab a shopping basket and enjoy a role-playing experience as they browse for Super Junior-themed merchandise.
Upon entry, visitors will receive a random ID card of a Super Junior member disguised as a staff member, along with a merchandise list designed to look like a supermarket flyer. The pop-up will also feature various photo zones, styled like different supermarket aisles with categories such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, and toys. Attendees can participate in a variety of events, including missions to earn random seals, four-cut photo booths, name sticker machines, and capsule toy machines.
Entry to the pop-up store will be available through online pre-booking for the first 10 days and on-site reservations for the remaining days. The first time slot each day during the online pre-booking period will be exclusively for E.L.F., the official fan club. Detailed information will be announced on Super Junior's official social media channels.
