On July 22, a new video titled “VLOG: A week of Yeon Jae’s routine… is this real? Diet, meals, workouts, dates” was uploaded to Son Yeon Jae’s YouTube channel.
The vlog captures her efforts to manage her schedule and health ahead of an upcoming event. Despite disliking tomatoes, Son admitted, “I hate tomatoes, but I’m forcing myself to eat them,” as she transferred cherry tomatoes onto her plate.
Her breakfast consisted of a few cherry tomatoes, some cherries, half a leftover bagel from the day before, and cream cheese. She shared, “I recently went on a trip to Tokyo with friends. We had dinner four times a day and ate a lot of salty food. Then a big event came up the next week, so I’m trying to get back on track quickly.”
She added, “I’ll try filming my routine for a week, but it might not go well. Filming while raising a baby isn’t easy,” candidly expressing the challenges of parenting.
While worrying about a possible “sugar spike,” she noted, “I’m still eating cream cheese for breakfast, but I’ll skip coffee—at least out of guilt.”
Son Yeon Jae, born in 1994, is a former rhythmic gymnast who married a finance professional nine years her senior in 2022.
She gave birth to a son on February 16, 2023. She previously remarked that her one-year-old son has a big appetite, saying, “He eats more than I do.”
