Beyond her studies, Jeon Hyo Sung has actively participated in promoting Korean culture and history. Recently, she joined a project dedicated to introducing hanbok to global audiences, further showcasing her commitment to preserving traditional heritage. During the broadcast, she also directly addressed a controversy from 12 years ago regarding her past use of a politically charged term. She candidly admitted, “I made a careless mistake back then because I didn’t know enough about history. I was shocked and ashamed of myself. I even thought, ‘Was I crazy?’ That embarrassment is what led me to start studying for the history exam.”
