Seventeen has added another milestone to their achievements with the release of their 4th Japanese single, "Shohikigen" (消費期限·소비기한)
According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) on December 10th, the single surpassed 500,000 cumulative shipments as of November, earning a ‘Double Platinum’ certification.
The RIAJ awards certifications based on cumulative shipments, with categories including Gold (100,000+), Platinum (250,000+), and Double Platinum (500,000+).
With this latest certification, Seventeen now boasts a total of 18 Gold Disc-certified albums in Japan.
