Recently, K-pop fans have discovered the official social media account of ILLIT followed an anti-fan account dedicated to NewJeans.

This unexpected revelation has sparked various reactions online, with social media users turning their attention to social media platform X to discuss the incident. 

This was first discovered by international fans and also soon ignited discussions in popular Korean online communities.

The official ILLIT account later unfollowed the anti-fan account.
